2009 ALL STATE AUDITIONS

Time - Place

EHS band members who intend on auditioning for the 2009 All-State:

  • Concert Band (9-10)
  • Symphonic Band (11-12)
  • Jazz band 

Students need to have their Participants contract, and a check  made out to the EHS Band Boosters to the Director by _______.  Please visit the FBA website to download the contract, audition requirements, or any additional information.

We will be holding a REQUIRED mock-audition on ______  after school in the bandroom, for anyone who intends on auditioning.  Failure to successfully complete this audition will disqualify you from being allowed to audition for All-State.

 

2009 SMALL SCHOOLS HONORS BAND
Anyone who wishes to be nominated for the Small Schools Honors Band (9-12) should submit a letter of intent to the Director no later than ________.  Please include any information that you think would help get you nominated such as: solos played and ratings received, other bands you have performed in, musical ability, etc.  

Also include your signed Participants contract.  Please visit the FBA website to download the contract, audition requirements, or any additional information.

 

2009 DISTRICT 19 HONORS BAND

Please read over ALL the information posted here.  You must turn in all contracts/money by the posted deadlines or I will NOT send your information in to the district.

If you wish to audition for the Concert band or Jazz Band, contracts/money will be due on _______. 

Cost is ______  per student to audition PER AUDITION SPOT!  All checks must be made out to the EHS Band Boosters.

2009 SOLO & ENSEMBLE FESTIVAL

Your information and $$ is due to the Director by _______.  I need:

  • The title of your piece, grade and the FBA List Number (http://www.flmusiced.org/fba/dnn/MusicList/tabid/61/Default.aspx)

  • The composer and arranger.

  • The name of your accompanist with correct spelling.

  • A check for ____ per solo made out to the band boosters.
